The O’Fallon Breakers compete in the 10-team Midwest Swim Conference - comprised of Dupo, Freeburg, Highland, Trenton, Scott Air Force Base, St. Clair Country Club, Westhaven, Kings Point, Dorchester, and O’Fallon. The Breakers have competed in this league for over 25 years.
